I (Moss) will facilitate sessions in the beginning but others are also very welcome to facilitate sessions, suggest themes and organise activities and speakers. This sessions are about forging community, creating understanding and respecting each other. The circle will have a group agreement(created and amended by members) that states our needs and expectations as a group. Those who do not follow our agreement will be offered support with a final potential step of removal - it is essential the circle is a safe space where folks feel open to share freely.
