Your Hosts:
Donna: Hello I'm Donna, Folk Herbalist at Gorse + Elder. I have been working with the magic of herbs, plants & flowers since 2015. I offer small batch hand-blended herbal tea and self-care gifts inspired by Mother Nature. I use simple ingredients sourced as close to home as possible, foraged or home grown on my tiny herb farm in Suffolk. I support zero-waste practices and encourage composting. My product containers are 100% plastic free and can be gently repurposed, recycled or composted.
Moss (they/she): I am following the call to live slowly, seasonally and spiritually. I’m passionate about furthering intimate and sacred relationships with our herbal allies. I am a queer radical Pagan and I believe in growing de-centred community with solidarity, mutual aid, compassion and with our eyes always open to what we can learn from nature. The aim of Spiral Path is to inspire folks to revolutionise our collective relation to our Earth through radical, anti-capitalist, decolonial and queer perspectives. I am a trained life coach and breathwork facilitator as well as a community organiser, activist and folk herbalist with over 20 years experience.
