Well it’s time for another big leap of faith for Well it’s time for another big leap of faith for me and for Spiral Path. I need your help to become a trained BREATHWORK FACILITATOR so I’ve started a #gofundme page. https://gofund.me/091a156f As it is (supposed to be) the season of giving, any help, however small, will help me get closer to this dream. If you're not familiar with breathwork, it consists of simple breathing exercises that have a potent impact on the body and help the mind to UNLOCK GRIEF AND TRAUMA to make space for healing. It's my belief that we all need to heal the wounds of living in a traumatising system and process the internalised grief of living under capitalism and other oppression, especially for those of us who are marginalised. Breathwork offers a simple, powerful means to do this and is highly accessible.

Join us on December 2nd as we head into beautiful woods in Ipswich and forage for natural, zero-waste evergreen decorations with which to decorate our homes to celebrate Christmas, Yule and Winter Solstice. Bring the beauty and delicious scents of nature into your home this year as you are taught to identify and ethically harvest pine, ivy, holly and more. Over a free cosy cup of warming mulled apple juice we will discuss the joy of decorating our homes with evergreen to celebrate life during the darkest part of the year. Your host, Moss (they/them), will share with you 2 decades of experience in seasonal living and research by passing on the best of seasonal wisdom and Winter folklore. As always, tickets are done on a sliding scale basis.
