I’ve given some of my workshops a rest this year whilst I focused on breathwork, but I honestly can’t wait to revisit one of my favourite topics to examine in community: the Winter season ❄️ In November and December there will be 2 workshops and a course enabling you to go deeper into the season and find some Winter wisdom: ❄️ Into the Cauldron: a workshop introducing the concept of Cauldron Time - taking intentional sacred Winter rest ❄️ Winter’s Embrace: 9 wk course and community to deep dive into Cauldron Time and crafting a Winter that better meets your needs ❄️ Re-framing Christmas: a workshop to help you get clear on your Yuletide needs and boundaries and make this time work for you Keep an eye on social media and make sure you’re on the ma1ling list to hear as these events go live. Well it already feels like such a long road since Well it already feels like such a long road since I first offered my first in person breathwork offering, EARTH BREATH back at Suffolk Yoga last April 🌬️ I've learned so much in that time about holding space and the power of breathwork. I can't wait to bring what I've learned to the next in person group session on October 26th (6.30-7.45pm) at the beautiful @suffolkyogis If you’ve not come across breathwork before, the type I offer is based on a very simple breathing exercise that awakens sensations, new perspectives, trauma and insight through the body, bringing potent healing.
